You can cancel anytime by visiting your profile icon on top right and choosing Payments on drop down menu.

Can I downgrade/upgrade my membership?

Yes, you can do this anytime.

What types of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all credit cards and PayPal payments.

Will my bio link display fast all around the world?

All bio link pages are hosted on cloud hosting in multiple locations including: New York, San Francisco, Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Singapore. Your visitors will see your data from wherever they are closer to. Meanwhile you will be connected to our New York server for admin operations with your link.
