  • Is It Free?

    It is free for solo amateur artists. Most of the functions are. But if you an advanced artist or studio, we have paid functions that will make a difference on your promotions. You can find free and paid membership levels and prices on home page.


  • Why do I need a bio link?

    Platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and TikTok only allow for one link in the bio. Using a bio link lets you link to all your pages — websites, shop, blog, social posts, videos, anything — making it easier for your audience to discover all your content & talent.

  • Can I create more than one bio link?

    Yes, you can. It is common to have separate pages for creators with multiple brands. You can control all your brands under same login and organize under projects.


  • Can I use same bio link for both Instagram and TikTok?

    Yes, you can use the same for both your Instagram and TikTok profiles. Your followers will see the posts from the platform that they’re on when they click your bio link and will be able to toggle between your TikTok and Instagram feeds to see even more of your great content.

  • Where do I place my

    Your bio link is unique to you and can be used in a wide variety of ways to spread your work, projects, and other social media accounts online. It is basically one page that you will showcase all your art and even make some money from.

    The most common location is in the “website” field in your Instagram account.

    To do that, click ‘edit profile’ on Instagram. Under your name and username fields, there is a location where you can share your website URL. Share your bio link URL in there. This will send people to your landing page, where you can drive them to other areas instead of just one page on your website!

    Other examples you can use in are: TikTok, Twitter, Facebook (Learn More) Button and even as signature on your emails.


  • Will my bio link display fast all around the world?

    All bio link pages are hosted on cloud hosting in multiple locations including: New York, San Francisco, Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Singapore. Your visitors will see your data from wherever they are closer to. Meanwhile you will be connected to our New York server for admin operations with your link.


  • Why my changes are not showing up instantly?

    New changes to your bio link page, especially if you have uploaded an image, may take up to two minutes to show up in every browser and location. Your changes need to propagate across our network of servers. This allows our profiles to be the fastest possible and more reliable.


  • Will my account be deleted if I cancel my paid membership?

    No, it will be downgraded to free version.

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    You can cancel anytime by visiting your profile icon on top right and choosing Payments on drop down menu.
